Delivery

When items are in stock we aim to get your order to you within seven days. Please call us on 02476 998981 if they are not with you by then. UK delivery is FREE. We do, however, need to charge you £7 if you live overseas.

Returns

If  for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days, unworn and with labels attached. We will then send you a replacement or refund your card.

Please note we will only refund the postage cost if the item is faulty. Ask the Post Office for a Proof of Posting Receipt when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Your Order

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your order.

Unfortunately on occasions some items may be out of stock. We will notify you of this as soon as we can and advise you when the item will be back in stock. If you no longer require the item we will refund your payment. This may take 7days to reach your account.
